Supplement Subscription Fulfillment

A refill that arrives late or short-dated is a cancellation. We ship the cycle on time and in date order.

Subscriptions Are Where Supplement Fulfillment Is Tested

A subscriber runs out on a predictable day. The refill has to be there before it, and it has to carry enough shelf life to last the month or three it covers.

    What that takes:

  • Cycle-locked shipping

Renewal batches are timed to your billing cadence, so orders that bill together ship together.
  • FEFO on every refill

The warehouse management system directs pickers to the location holding the soonest expiration date, so First-Expired, First-Out is enforced on every order instead of left to memory.
  • Same-day shipping for daily renewals

Orders imported by 12 PM PST ship the same day, which matters when renewals bill every day rather than once a month.
  • Forecasting before the cycle

The process starts with planning around timelines, volumes and product mix, and post-cycle reporting feeds the next one.
  • One pool with one-time orders

Subscription and one-time orders draw from the same inventory, so a renewal run does not oversell the storefront.

What Subscribers Actually Receive

The box is the product experience once a month.

  • First-order kits

A welcome box with a shaker, a scoop or a guide is a different build from the refill that follows. Each gets its own bill of materials.

  • Multi-month supplies

Two- and three-month supplies need lots with enough shelf life to outlast the supply. FEFO and lot visibility let you set that rule.

  • Stacks and swaps

When a subscriber changes flavor or adds a product, the order changes in your store and the pick changes with it. Packers cannot move on until the correct items are scanned.

  • Summer shipping

Gummies and softgels can be packed with thermal liners, and heat-sensitive orders can be held over a weekend.

Common Questions

Yes. OC3PL runs subscription fulfillment as a distinct service, with cycle-locked shipping timed to your cadence, flexible kitting and branded packaging, and post-cycle reporting that feeds the next campaign.

Our warehouse management system enforces First-Expired, First-Out picking on every order, and we flag slow-moving lots approaching expiration so you can move that stock before it reaches a subscriber.

Subscription orders reach the warehouse through your store platform, such as Shopify or WooCommerce, the same way one-time orders do. Tell us which subscription app you use during onboarding so the test orders cover a renewal.

Most subscription campaigns go live within five to seven business days, depending on kitting complexity. Give us the kit structure, packaging materials and shipping cadence as early as possible.

Yes. A client portal shows SKU-level inventory, inbound shipment status and each order through pick, pack and ship, and your account manager sends key metrics each week.
