2. Storage
Product goes into temperature- and humidity-controlled space, one SKU and lot per labeled location. We flag slow-moving lots approaching expiration so you can move the stock before it becomes a write-off.
3. Pick and pack
The system sends the picker to the soonest-expiring lot. Bundles, free gifts and sample packs are verified by scan before the box is sealed.
4. Ship
Orders in by 12 PM PST leave the same day. Heat-sensitive orders can be held over a weekend instead of sitting in a carrier facility.
