Invoices are weekly
All OC3PL invoicing is weekly, so costs track your sales week by week instead of arriving as one large month-end surprise.

No rate card, no setup fees, no minimums. A line-item quote built around your SKUs and order volume.
OC3PL does not publish a rate card. Pricing is quoted around your SKUs, order volumes and workflows, with every line item spelled out. What you pay depends on how much you store, how many items go into each order, and which extras you use.
The structure, in plain terms.
All OC3PL invoicing is weekly, so costs track your sales week by week instead of arriving as one large month-end surprise.
Storage is calculated on usage and pro-rated daily. A monthly storage rate is used for quoting, so you can compare our number against other providers on the same basis.
No order minimums, no thresholds and no long-term contract. A slow month does not trigger a shortfall charge.
Ask for the quote with every line item listed, then compare complete quotes rather than headline rates.
Five things you control.
Bundles and multi-month supplies raise pick cost per order and lower shipping cost per unit. Know your average.
A bundle kitted in advance ships faster during a sale. A bundle built to order avoids locking components inside finished kits. Each is priced differently.
Stock that sits still carries storage every day and moves toward its expiration date. Review storage against sell-through regularly.
Shipments that arrive labeled and scheduled are received within one business day. Unlabeled freight takes longer and costs more to receive.
Amazon prep, retail routing and direct-to-consumer orders each carry different handling. Tell us the split up front.
It depends on how much you store, how many items go into each order, and which extras such as kitting or Amazon prep you use. OC3PL does not publish rate cards. It quotes pricing built around your SKUs, order volumes and workflows, with transparent line-item billing, no setup fees and no hidden minimums.

No. There are no order minimums, no thresholds and no long-term contract. Whatever provider you evaluate, ask what the monthly floor is in plain terms and what happens in a slow month.
Lot number and expiration date are recorded as part of receiving. When you compare providers, ask each one whether lot capture, FEFO picking and expiration reporting are included or billed as add-ons, and get the answer in writing.
Ask directly about packing material surcharges, order editing and cancellation fees, kitting and bundling charges, SKU count or storage surcharges, account management fees, relabeling, peak season surcharges and returns processing. Request a sample invoice and a complete price list for boxes and dunnage.
