How a Bundle Stays Accurate
From plan to packout.
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours
Most builds are completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on volume. Larger runs are planned with your account team.
Checked at more than one stage
Quality checkpoints run through the build, with photo verification on complex assemblies and a barcode scan or visual inspection before packout.
Lots stay traceable inside a bundle
Lot number and expiration date are recorded at receiving for every component, so a bundle does not become a blind spot.
Supplements and merchandise together
Shaker cups, bottles and printed guides are stored and picked alongside the supplements they ship with.
Plan the sale ahead
Send the promotion calendar, the gift SKUs and a volume forecast before the sale starts, so bundles are pre-built and labor is scheduled.
Common Questions
Yes. Kitting is the assembly of multiple SKUs into one ready-to-ship package, such as a promotional bundle, a sample kit or a subscription box. Each bundle variation gets its own bill of materials in our system.
Yes. We support both kitting-to-stock and kitting-to-order, so you can build bundle inventory ahead of a sale or produce bundles as orders come in.
There are no strict minimums for custom kitting. The work is scoped around your cadence, which matters for a first limited run or a small influencer seeding kit.
Kitting is typically billed per finished kit, or hourly for complex and non-standard builds. Ask for the method in writing with your quote.
Promotional gifts are set up as part of the order build before the promotion starts, and packers verify the contents by scan before the box is sealed. Tell your account manager the qualifying rule and the gift SKU ahead of the launch.
