Amazon FBA Prep for Supplements

Expiration-dated product, labeled and prepped the way Amazon expects it, from the same stock that serves your own store.

Supplements Are the Hard Case in FBA Prep

A supplement ASIN carries an expiration date, often ships as a multipack, and gets checked on arrival. The prep has to be right before the carton leaves the dock, because the fix after Amazon rejects a shipment is slow and expensive.

    What OC3PL does:

  • Expiration date labeling

Expiration date labeling is part of our FBA prep, alongside the lot and expiration record we already hold for every unit.
  • FNSKU labeling and barcode verification

Labels applied and verified by scan, so the unit Amazon receives is the unit it expects.
  • Poly bagging with suffocation warnings

Compliant bagging for loose units and multipacks.
  • Bundles and multipacks

Kitting and bundling, case-packed and mixed-ASIN shipments.
  • Carton and pallet prep

Carton forwarding, pallet prep and labeling, Amazon routing compliance, and SPD and LTL shipment prep.

One Inventory Pool for Amazon and Your Own Store

Prep is one job. Deciding which lot goes where is the other.

  • Choose the lot on purpose

Because inventory is visible down to the lot, you can decide which lots go to Amazon and which stay for direct-to-consumer orders, instead of finding out afterward.

  • Check Amazon’s shelf-life rule first

Amazon sets its own minimum remaining shelf life for dated products and changes its requirements. Confirm the current rule in Seller Central before each shipment plan, and tell us the cutoff date to pick against.

  • Same stock, both channels

Your storefront and your Amazon listings draw from one pool, so a replenishment to Amazon does not strand stock your own customers are ordering.

  • Why shipments get rejected

Missing FNSKU labels, incorrect carton labeling, overweight boxes, missing suffocation warnings, mixed inventory errors and pallet configuration problems.

Common Questions

Yes. FBA prep at OC3PL covers FNSKU labeling, poly bagging with suffocation warnings, expiration date labeling, kitting and bundling, case-packed and mixed-ASIN shipments, carton forwarding, pallet prep and labeling, barcode verification, Amazon routing compliance, and SPD and LTL shipment prep.

Amazon sets that rule and updates it, so we do not quote it here. Check the current requirement for your category in Seller Central, then give us the cutoff date. Because we hold the expiration date for every lot, we can pick only lots that clear it.

Yes. Case-packed inventory, kitting and bundled products are supported, with barcode verification and quality control checks before anything ships, so the correct labels and quantities are confirmed first.

Yes. Orders from your store and replenishment to Amazon come out of one inventory pool in one warehouse system.

No. OC3PL has no order minimums and no long-term contract. Workflows scale from simple FNSKU labeling to bundled shipments and palletized freight.
