1. Put it in writing, with a deadline
Send one email that names the order or shipment, says what you need and says by when. A dated record matters later.

An order is on the line and nobody at the fulfillment center is answering. Here is what to do today, and how to make sure it does not happen again.
It is rarely one person having a bad week. It is a structure: the account manager works somewhere other than the warehouse, support runs through a queue, and the people who can see your inventory are not the people you are allowed to talk to.
Five steps, in order.
Send one email that names the order or shipment, says what you need and says by when. A dated record matters later.
Phone, email and the client portal. Note the time of each attempt and who, if anyone, replied.
Ask for the name of the person who runs the fulfillment center, not only the person who manages the account.
If an order is going to be late, tell the customer before they have to ask you.
Look for a response-time or service level commitment, and for what the agreement says happens when it is missed.
One slow reply is a bad day. A pattern is a reason to move.
Date, issue, how long the reply took and what it cost you. A short log turns a feeling into a decision.
Silence in a crisis rarely travels alone. Check for inventory discrepancies, missed ship windows and surprise charges.
Switching does not have to mean downtime. Inventory, integrations and open orders can be moved in a planned sequence.
Before you sign again, ask whether your account manager works in the fulfillment center and whether support is outsourced.
The same four points, answered.
Your account manager works on site at our Anaheim, California fulfillment center, the same building where your inventory is stored and your orders are packed.
You call or email your dedicated account manager directly, a person who knows your brand.
Our responsiveness promise: all client requests are acknowledged within two hours.
We do not outsource support. The people who answer you work for OC3PL, not for a contracted call center or an offshore help desk. We create and build American jobs.
Put the request in writing with a deadline, try each channel once and note the times, ask for an escalation contact at the fulfillment center itself, and tell any affected customers before they ask. Then check your agreement for a response-time commitment.
There is no industry standard, so get the commitment in writing before you sign. OC3PL’s commitment is that all client requests are acknowledged within two hours.
When it is a pattern, yes. Slow answers turn into late orders, wrong inventory counts and customers you have to apologize to. Keep a log of incidents so the decision rests on a record rather than on one bad day.
Most clients go live within five to ten business days, depending on complexity. Onboarding covers integration setup, SKU slotting and product mapping, and your first inbound shipment, with a dedicated account manager.
Yes. Your account manager works on site at our Anaheim, California fulfillment center, the same building where your inventory is stored and your orders are packed. All client requests are acknowledged within two hours.
