Faire Fulfillment: Wholesale That Ships Like Parcels

A wholesale order that moves through the parcel network, not the freight one.

Faire Is Wholesale Without the Freight

Every other wholesale channel you run ends in a pallet: a purchase order routed to a retailer’s guide, labelled to their specification, built and shipped as freight. Faire does not work that way. Faire does not support pallet shipping, expedited shipping or overnight shipping at all, checked September 2026 — so a Faire order is a parcel shipment that happens to be wholesale.

    What that changes operationally:

  • Your retail workflow does not cover it

If your wholesale process assumes pallets, routing guides and ASNs, none of that applies to a Faire order. It is closer to a large DTC order than to a retail PO.
  • Cartonisation matters more than palletisation

The cost and damage risk sit in how a multi-item wholesale order is boxed for the parcel network, not in how it is stacked.
  • It still needs to sync as B2B

OC3PL treats Faire orders as B2B rather than as individual consumer parcels, so they are picked and reported as wholesale even though they ship as parcels.
  • One inventory pool covers both sides

Faire, your storefront and your retail POs draw on the same stock, so a wholesale order does not need its own ring-fenced position.

  • What you do

Generate an API token in the Faire brand portal and pass it over.

  • What OC3PL does

Connects directly to the warehouse management system, with wholesale orders syncing as B2B. Live the same business day.

  • What ships

Parcels, because Faire supports nothing else. Expedited and overnight are not options on the platform. Checked September 2026.

  • And alongside it

Retail purchase orders still ship as pallets under their own routing and labelling requirements. The two workflows run from one warehouse.

Faire Fulfillment Questions

No. Faire does not support pallet shipping, expedited shipping or overnight shipping, checked September 2026 against Faire’s own help documentation. Faire orders move through the parcel network even though they are wholesale orders, which is the main way Faire fulfillment differs from a retail purchase order.

Yes, and from the same inventory pool. OC3PL’s retail and wholesale fulfillment covers purchase order review and routing, retail-compliant labeling, advance shipping notice processing, EDI integrations and palletized shipping for retailer POs, while Faire orders ship as parcels. Both draw on one stock position rather than two.
